All items are made to order upon purchase, and we do not maintain inventory. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including for incorrect sizing. Each item is custom-crafted, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
